Pricing
- How much does house cleaning cost?

Service
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- No. Most customers are at work or out. During booking you can leave entry instructions such as a lockbox code, garage code or key location, and we follow them exactly.
- Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
- No. Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use a specific product in your home, leave it out and note it in your special instructions.
- How long does a cleaning take?
- A standard cleaning of an average three-bedroom home usually takes two to four hours. Deep cleanings and move-out cleanings take longer because more detail is included. Your arrival window is a start-time range, not the total length of the visit.
- Can I request the same cleaning professional?
- We assign recurring customers to a consistent cleaner or team whenever scheduling allows, so the same people learn your home.
- Do you clean homes with pets?
- Yes. Let us know during booking so the cleaner arrives prepared. If your home needs extra vacuuming and detail for pet hair, add the pet upgrade.
Services
- What is included in a standard cleaning?
- Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: surfaces and fixtures cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting of reachable surfaces, trash removed and beds made with existing linens.
- What is included in a deep cleaning?
- Everything in a standard cleaning, plus hand-detailed baseboards, trim and door frames, reachable vents and fixtures, degreased appliance exteriors, scrubbed grout and tracks, and cleaning behind accessible furniture.
- What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
- Standard cleaning maintains a home that is already in good shape. Deep cleaning resets a home by addressing built-up detail that routine cleaning does not reach. Most new customers start with a deep cleaning and then move to a recurring standard cleaning.
- Do you offer recurring cleaning?
- Yes — weekly, every two weeks and every four weeks. Recurring cleanings are automatically scheduled, get priority on the calendar, and are discounted compared with one-time service.
Booking
- Can I book online?
- Yes. The entire process — pricing, service selection, upgrades, date and arrival window, and checkout — happens online. Booking usually takes a few minutes on a phone.
- Can I reschedule my cleaning?
- Yes. You can reschedule from your confirmation email or by contacting support. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Policies
- What happens if I need to cancel?
- Cancellations made with enough advance notice are free. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee under our cancellation policy, which you agree to at checkout.

- We are based in Harford County, Maryland and clean homes across the entire state. Enter your ZIP code during booking to confirm your area instantly — if we do not yet show your city, we will still review your request and do our best to accommodate you.
Payment
- How does payment work?
- You book online and pay through a secure encrypted payment provider. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on this website.
- When will my card be charged?
- Your card is authorized when you book and charged after your cleaning is completed. Recurring cleanings are charged the same way after each visit.
