What to expect from a Trademark cleaning, and what we ask from you.
Arrival windows
You select an arrival window rather than a fixed time. Your cleaner arrives within that window; the length of the visit depends on the size of the home and the service booked.
Preparing your home
Cleanings are most effective when surfaces are clear. Picking up clothing, toys and dishes beforehand lets us spend the visit cleaning rather than tidying.
If something isn't right
Tell us promptly after your cleaning and we will work with you to correct it. Contact support with your confirmation number.
Supplies and equipment
Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products be used in your home, leave them out and note it in your instructions.
