Bookings and pricing

Prices shown online are based on the information you provide about your home. If the home differs materially from what was described, we will contact you before adjusting the price or the scope of the visit.

Recurring bookings continue on the selected schedule until you change or cancel them.

Payment

Your card is authorized when you book and charged after the cleaning is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the home. We may decline or stop service in unsafe conditions, and reserve the right to refuse service.

Limitations

We do not perform tasks that require ladders beyond standard reach, handling of biohazards, pest remediation, or moving heavy furniture and appliances.
