How to change or cancel a scheduled cleaning.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule at no cost with reasonable advance notice. The earlier you tell us, the more likely we can offer your preferred replacement date.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice are free. Late cancellations and same-day cancellations may incur a fee to cover the reserved time.
Lockouts
If our cleaner cannot access the home at the scheduled arrival window and we cannot reach you, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
